any charges banks levy on their customers must be proportional to the actual costs they incur - not penalty charges.

Office of Fair Trading has lost the case commenced in July 2007 to be able to assess charges for fairness under the
Unfair Consumer Contract Terms Regulations 1999.
Although a significant blow to reclaiming, there is
still a legal route open under the above regulations and we are currently in discussions with our legal team in respect to
